After studying and working in the construction industry since 1972, Ian Preston began specialising in designing kitchens in 1980. He opened his first showroom in 1982 and, to be able to offer the unique product he desired, he began manufacturing in 1984. At this time, after numerous requests from clients, his portfolio was extended to include beautiful Bedrooms and Bathrooms. Right from the outset his intention was to provide a very high quality, bespoke service with ideas and features not available from his competitors together with exceptional value for money.

His goal was to be continually innovative which would enable him to provide unique designs and features that would make his fitted furniture that little bit special and different to what other companies were able to offer. This philosophy remains to this day, continually researching and looking at ideas, not necessarily from the source you would expect, but quite often from outside the industry, to incorporate into his designs.

Over the last 35 years he has built an enviable reputation, not only for the quality of the furniture and his designs, but also for the excellent service and value resulting in the majority of work being obtained by recommendation.

His reputation spread resulting in projects being completed nationwide from Felixstowe and Hastings to Ayr and Inverness. He has worked extensively in London and even carried out installations in France and Spain.
